Finish magazine Soundi has posted a video featuring Children Of Bodom guitarist/vocalist Alexi Laiho sending his best wishes to incarcerated Lamb Of God frontman Randy Blythe. Check it out in the clip below.

Blythe was arrested on suspicion of manslaughter by Czech police at the Prague airport on Wednesday, June 27. It is alleged that during a May 24, 2010 Lamb Of God concert, Blythe pushed a 19-year-old fan, who had climbed onstage, back into the audience. The fan lapsed into a coma and died of a bleeding in the brain several days later.

While Laiho didn’t express an opinion on the matter, he did acknowledge the seemingly unfathomable predicament Blythe is in. “A friend, a brother, Randy Blythe from Lamb Of God is still in jail in Prague. So I just wanna send a shout-out to Randy right now and just say I love you, brother. I can’t even imagine what you’re going through right now, but I know you’ll make it. And I hope to see you soon.”

Laiho also updated fans on the next Children Of Bodom record. “We’re gonna start working on new stuff, new material next week. [There's] gonna be a lot of practicing, hopefully, and definitely a lot of good stuff coming out. The new album should be out next year — early next year — so hopefully you guys can be patient enough for it to come out.”
