Gibson.com’s ‘Top 10 Riffs Of The 80s’

Gibson.com has compiled its list of the ‘Top 10 Riffs Of The 80s.’ Check it out below.

 
The list features many of the all-time great guitarists, including Alex Lifeson, Slash, Steve Lukather, Randy Rhoads and Keith Richards. However, several of the decades most esteemed riff-masters didn’t make the cut.

 
Gibson explained: “It’s tough narrowing down the decade of Reagan and Rubik’s Cubes – and when all-stars like Eddie Van Halen, Tony Iommi and the boys from Iron Maiden don’t make the cut, you know you’ve got a tough list – but here are the 10 we deem the most totally awesome of the 1980s.”
