Slayer guitarist Kerry King has revealed his five all-time favorite action movies to Artist Direct. His list can be found below.

Slayer is currently working on a new album, which King recently told Artisan News should be finished in the coming months. “Hopefully we’ll get [the rest of the album] done before we pick up and tour again in October,” King said.
He added that Slayer had begun recording the record without guitarist Jeff Hanneman, who has been recovering from necrotizing fasciitis on his right arm for the past eighteen months: “We got a little bit done,” King explained. “We had a 12-day window where we hijacked [producer] Greg Fidelman from Metallica and worked with him a little bit.”
King said that in their time with Fidelman, Slayer had finished two songs that now await mixing, begun two others that still need leads and vocals, and had other tunes in waiting.
