Red Match Productions has released a trailer for the upcoming ‘Randy Rhoads: The Quiet Riot Years’ photographic novel. It can be found below.
‘Randy Rhoads: The Quiet Riot Years’ was compiled by Quiet Riot’s personal photographer and lighting director Ron Sobol. The book tells the story of Quiet Riot‘s near-impossible journey to superstardom by showcasing Sobol’s diverse collection of expressive photographs, rare video footage and captivating personal memories. Furthermore, former Quite Riot vocalist Kevin DuBrow provided an array of original memorabilia for the book.
The video was launched last night (Friday, September 14) on the official Randy Rhoads Facebook page. It was accompanied by the following statement: “And now – for a world exclusive – a new trailer for the Ron Sobol book on Randy during his time in Quiet Riot. Please be sure to hit share. This book, like Andrew Klein’s – is done with a lot of love! Spread the joy! Lc (and be sure to say thanks to Ron Sobol for sharing that with us and allowing us the honor of showing you here first!) Thanks Ron!”
‘Randy Rhoads: The Quiet Riot Years’ is available now for pre-order through Red Match Productions. As a bonus, the book comes with a 90-minute DVD documentary of the Quiet Riot years with Rhoads on guitar. The DVD will also feature the song ‘Hymn 11′ from French-Algerian artist Pierre Bensusan, who is globally known as the Mozart of Guitar.
