Guitar and bass effects pedals manufacturers Electro-Harmonix has posted a video on their official website demonstrating the incredible strength of their Crying Tone wah pedal. Check out the ‘Indestructible wahwah CHALLENGE!!!’ in the video below.
The clip features four people from the Netherlands subjecting the Crying Tone wah pedal to more punishment than the average guitar pedal would experience over a lifetime. Whether being thrown high in the air, or being run over by a car; the Crying Tone wah pedal emerges unscathed every time.
The Crying Tone wah pedal was introduced in the 1960s. After more than half a century of alterations, Electro-Harmonix has solved many of the pedal’s inherent problems by creating an unbelievably durable wah with absolutely no moving parts that still delivers an incredible tone.
